Our Story

We began to notice that pleasure is harming happiness. Society is trying to tell us that happiness can be found in junk food, technology, or by multi-tasking. This has led to depression and anxiety becoming commonplace.

We all know will-power doesn’t work. We still reach for our phones constantly, tiptoe to the fridge for a midnight snack, or try to distract ourselves from the sadness.

There has to be a better way. There’s no way this is it. We must be meant for more, to feel more, to have a higher capacity for joy than we feel right now. Nothing on it’s own is going to solve this problem.

That is why we are combining the power of coaching and neurochemistry. Our passion for coaching comes from experiencing the power it has to change behavior and help us pursue our goals. When combined with a strong understanding of neurochemistry, it creates a powerful framework for creating value for our clients.

That is why we specialize in dopamine coaching. Dopamine coaching gives our clients a strong understanding our their neurochemistry and how it affects our behaviors day to day. Then, coaching creates goals, breaks down barriers, and moves our clients toward lasting change.
